How do I update my billing information?
Once signed into your account, you can update your billing information by clicking
Profile at the top right. Then select Purchases. Under Payment Method, click on Change Payment Method to update your billing information.
How do I reset my password?
On the Sign In page, enter your email adress, click "Sign In With Password", and click Forgot Password. Enter the email associated with your account, and click Send Instructions. The instruction email will arrive in your inbox shortly. In the instruction email, click Reset Password and you will be directed to select a new password before being redirected to the catalog page.
How do I cancel my recurring subscription?
Once signed into your account, you can cancel your subscription by clicking Profile at the top right. Then select Purchases. Click on Cancel Membership then follow the on-screen prompts.
What is the Refund Policy?
Because of our 14-day trial, refunds are unavailable.
Experience our fitness platform with a 14-day free trial to see if it’s the right fit for you.
Through the years, we have found that our community knows within a few days of using our platform whether or not this is a good fit for them.
Most platforms offer limited trials, but we give you full access to everything so you can make your decision confidently.
If we are not a match, cancel before the trial ends, and no charges will occur.
You can also cancel anytime if you choose a monthly subscription.
